We want every family to feel completely confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In original packaging with tags attached

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. For change of mind returns, we're happy to accept the return within 30 days provided the item meets the return conditions above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@nubeehive.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
