1. What is your refund policy?

We want you to feel confident shopping with NuBee Hive. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Which items are not eligible for return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Opened personal-use accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Do I have to pay return shipping?

If you changed your mind, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll assist with a suitable resolution.

  • Australia Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Australia Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Some selected items or backorders may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch timing will be shown on the product page when relevant.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on qualifying orders when promotional thresholds apply (such as orders over $100 AUD). Current offers are displayed at checkout.

9. What if my parcel is delayed?
